Estos Términos y Condiciones regulan el uso de nuestro sitio web y la relación comercial entre usted (el "cliente") y nuestra empresa, ya sea mediante compras en línea o en nuestra tienda física. Al utilizar nuestro sitio, realizar una compra o acceder a cualquiera de nuestros servicios, usted acepta expresamente estos Términos y Condiciones en su totalidad.

2. CONDICIONES GENERALES DE USO DEL SITIO
· El sitio web está disponible solo para personas mayores de 18 años o menores con supervisión de un adulto responsable.
· Usted acepta utilizar este sitio solo para fines legales y bajo los presentes términos.
· Cualquier violación de las condiciones podrá resultar en la cancelación inmediata de su acceso o servicios.
3. AUTENTICIDAD Y CALIDAD DEL PRODUCTO
· Todos nuestros perfumes son originales y adquiridos directamente de distribuidores autorizados.
· No vendemos imitaciones.
· Las imágenes y descripciones de productos son lo más precisas posible; sin embargo, el empaque puede variar según lotes del fabricante.
· Los productos se ofrecen hasta agotar inventario. Si un producto se encuentra agotado tras completar su orden, le notificaremos para coordinar una alternativa.
4. POLÍTICA DE ENVÍOS
· Procesamos y entregamos pedidos a la compañía de envío el próximo día laborable tras confirmar su pago (no se cuenta sabados, domingos ni días feriados).
· Compañías utilizadas: USPS y FedEx, a discreción de la tienda.
· Los números de rastreo (tracking) serán enviados a su correo electrónico una vez generados.
· No realizamos entregas personales. Si desea el cliente puede buscar su pedido a nuestra tienda física.
· La tienda no se hace responsable por demoras, pérdidas, robos o daños ocasionados por las compañías de envío.
· Si desea que su envío tenga seguro adicional, debe solicitarlo vía email antes del envío y asumir el costo correspondiente.
· Cualquier duda relacionada a envíos debe enviarse a: atenasperfume@yahoo.com.
5. POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES Y REEMBOLSOS
· TODAS LAS VENTAS SON FINALES. No aceptamos devoluciones ni realizamos reembolsos por cambio de opinión, equivocaciones al ordenar, o preferencias personales.
· Solo se considerará reembolso o reemplazo si el producto recibido está visiblemente dañado o defectuoso al momento de abrir el paquete.
· El cliente debe notificar por correo en un máximo de 5 días laborables luego de recibir el paquete con:
o Fotos claras del producto dañado, empaque exterior e interior, y etiqueta de envío
o Número de orden
o Descripción del daño
· Si la reclamación es aprobada, se ofrecerá reemplazo del mismo producto o crédito en tienda. No se reembolsan gastos de envío.
6. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CLIENTE
· Es responsabilidad del cliente ingresar su información correctamente. Atenas Perfumes no se responsabiliza por direcciones incorrectas, incompletas o errores tipográficos.
· Si un paquete es devuelto por error del cliente, éste deberá pagar nuevamente el costo del reenvío.
· No somos responsables por reacciones alérgicas o efectos secundarios asociados al uso de nuestros productos. Recomendamos leer detenidamente los ingredientes o consultar con su médico antes de utilizar cualquier fragancia si tiene condiciones sensibles.
7. FACTURACIÓN Y DETALLES DE CUENTA
· Usted se compromete a proporcionar información de facturación y envío actualizada, completa y precisa en todo momento.
· Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar pedidos si detectamos transacciones sospechosas, tarjetas con nombres distintos, o posible actividad fraudulenta.
8. DERECHOS DE AUTOR Y PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
· Todo contenido de este sitio, incluyendo imágenes, textos, logos, diseños y nombres, está protegido por derechos de propiedad intelectual.
· El uso no autorizado, reproducción, modificación o distribución sin consentimiento escrito de Atenas Perfumes está estrictamente prohibido.
9. MODIFICACIONES A LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
· Atenas Perfumes podrá modificar los presentes términos en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.

10. LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN
· Este acuerdo se rige por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y la legislación federal de Estados Unidos.
· Cualquier disputa se atenderá exclusivamente en los tribunales correspondientes de Puerto Rico.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the commercial relationship between you (the “customer”) and our company, whether through online purchases or at our physical store. By using our website, placing an order, or accessing any of our services, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. GENERAL TERMS OF SITE USE
· This website is available only to individuals 18 years or older, or minors under the supervision of a responsible adult.
· You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and under these terms.
· Any violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of your access or services.
3. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY AND QUALITY
· All our perfumes are 100% original and sourced directly from authorized distributors.
· We do not sell imitations.
· Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible; packaging may vary depending on the manufacturer’s batch.
· Products are offered while supplies last. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate an alternative.
4. SHIPPING POLICY
· Orders are processed and handed over to the shipping company the next business day after payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
· Shipping carriers used: USPS and FedEx, at our discretion.
· Tracking numbers will be sent via email once generated.
· We don't do personal deliveries. If the online client wants to come pickup we offer in-store pickup for online orders.
· Once the package is delivered to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit.
· If you want to add insurance to your shipment, you must request it via email before shipment and assume the extra cost.

5. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
· ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to changes of mind, ordering mistakes, or personal preferences.
· Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product received is visibly damaged or defective upon opening.
· Customers must notify us by email within 5 business days of receiving the package with:
o Clear photos of the damaged product, exterior and interior packaging, and shipping label
o Order number
o Description of the damage
· If the claim is approved, a replacement of the same product or store credit will be offered. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
· It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct information. Atenas Perfumes is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled addresses.
· If a package is returned due to customer error, the customer must pay the cost of re-shipment.
· We are not liable for allergic reactions or side effects associated with our products. We recommend reviewing the ingredients or consulting your doctor before use if you have sensitive conditions.
7. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
· You agree to provide up-to-date, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information at all times.
· We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders if we detect suspicious transactions, mismatched cardholder names, or potentially fraudulent activity.
8. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
· All website content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws.
